How to submit

Email hello@ingoanalytics.com using the subject “Privacy Request - IngoAnalytics / Nube Balloons.”

Include

• Your full name and the email address you used with us.
• Whether the request relates to IngoAnalytics or Nube Balloons.
• The type of request: access, correction, deletion, copy, or another privacy question.
• Your event/client reference if you have one.

Verification

To protect customer information, we may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. If an authorized agent submits a request, we may request proof of authorization where permitted by law.

Limitations

We may retain information when reasonably necessary to complete transactions, maintain required financial or tax records, preserve contract records, detect fraud, protect security, resolve disputes, comply with law, or establish and defend legal claims.

Appeals or concerns

If you believe a legally required privacy request was denied incorrectly, reply to our response and state that you are requesting review or appeal. We will evaluate any applicable legal obligations and provide additional information where required.
