Privacy Policy
How IngoAnalytics and Nube Balloons collect, use, disclose and protect personal information through this website and related customer workflows.
Version 1.0 · Effective October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to in-goanalytics.com and the Nube Balloons pages, forms, customer portal, proposal workflow and related online services operated through this website (collectively, the “Services”). In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of IngoAnalytics and Nube Balloons as applicable to the service you use.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business or organization name, role/title, inquiry details, service interests, event type, event date and time, venue information, design preferences, notes, messages, proposal feedback, contract acceptance information, and other information you choose to submit.
Event and location information. Nube Balloons event workflows may collect a venue name or address, a third-party place identifier, verified address, and geographic coordinates associated with the event venue. Precise geolocation can be treated as sensitive data under certain privacy laws. We use venue location information to plan event delivery, setup, logistics and serviceability and do not sell it.
Uploads and design content. If you upload inspiration photographs, mockups, venue images or design files, we collect those files and any notes associated with them. Do not upload confidential information, government identifiers, medical information or other sensitive information that is not necessary for your request.
Transactions and contracts. If purchasing or booking features are enabled, we may maintain quote amounts, payment status, payment-plan information, contract version, signed name, acceptance timestamp and consent text. Payment card or bank credentials are handled by the applicable payment provider and should not be submitted through general website forms.
Browser and device information. We may receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referral information, pages visited and security logs through our hosting, security, analytics or other service providers. Some Nube forms also use browser local storage to preserve an unfinished draft and event reference on your device.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; provide consulting, event-decoration and related services; prepare designs, proposals and quotes; manage contracts, payments and customer portals; communicate about an event or engagement; verify and protect accounts or private links; provide customer support; maintain business records; improve our Services; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with law; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
3. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Services, such as cloud hosting and storage providers, email providers, mapping/address providers, analytics providers, payment processors and software vendors. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, insurers, government authorities when legally required, or parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition or transfer of business assets. We do not sell personal information for money.
Our current technology stack may include Cloudflare for hosting, security, databases or file storage; Google services for address/place functionality; Stripe or another payment processor for payment functions; and email-delivery providers for transactional messages. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
4. Cookies, local storage and similar technologies
We may use essential cookies, browser storage and similar technologies for site functionality, security, theme preferences, form continuity and authentication. Analytics or advertising technologies will be described in our Cookie Notice when enabled. Where consent is legally required for non-essential technologies, we will provide appropriate controls.
5. Customer portal and private links
Nube customer portal links may contain an access token that allows a customer to view event information and proposal files. Treat private portal links like a password and do not forward them to unauthorized persons. Portal pages are configured to discourage search-engine indexing, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining transaction and contract records, resolving disputes, meeting tax/accounting obligations and protecting legal rights. Draft information stored locally in your browser remains on your device until it is cleared, replaced or removed through the applicable workflow. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of record and legal requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no security method is perfect. Do not send passwords, financial account credentials, Social Security numbers, medical records or similarly sensitive information through ordinary contact or event forms.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law covers our business, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, and in some circumstances to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising or profiling. We do not discriminate against a consumer for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act where the law applies. Small businesses are generally exempt from many provisions of that Act, but we nevertheless use its transparency and data-minimization principles as part of our privacy program. We do not sell sensitive personal data.
To make a request, use our Privacy Request page or contact hello@ingoanalytics.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Children
Our websites and online forms are intended for adults and business users. Nube Balloons may provide decorations for children’s events, but our online Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13. Parents or guardians should submit event information on behalf of minors.
10. Communications
We may send transactional messages about inquiries, proposals, contracts, payments, event logistics or account security. If we send marketing email, we will provide the disclosures and opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law. Marketing SMS or similar automated promotional messages will require any consent required by applicable law and will be separated from service-related communications where appropriate.
11. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, social networks, mapping tools, payment services or other platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their independent practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services, vendors or legal obligations change. The version and effective date above identify the policy currently in effect. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or directly to customers when appropriate.
